Title of Talk An insider's view of the National Trust Guest Speaker Roger Cayzer

Additional Information As the former Regional Building Manager for the East of England Roger will give a light hearted and yet informative talk on what goes on behind the scenes of the building department. This will cover the consequences of using the wrong materials on historic buildings and the Trust's conservation philosophy. As one of the 62,000 volunteers Roger is currently very involved in the Trusts apprenticeship scheme and will talk about what's being done to address the shortage of people with traditional crafts skills. PLEASE NOTE that this talk will follow the AGM.
